All add-ons require photo approval. Cracks, internal moisture, failed seals, painted emblems, and emblems containing cameras, radar, or other sensors are not eligible.

Often, yes, when the failure is on the exterior surface and the lens and housing are otherwise suitable. Photos help us screen the condition before the final in-person inspection.
No. Condensation inside the assembly usually points to a seal or housing problem. Exterior lens restoration does not remove internal moisture or repair the source of the leak.
No. This service corrects eligible damage on the exterior plastic lens. Bulbs, wiring, seals, housings, and replacement headlight assemblies are not included.
